Refund Policy

1. Payment Processing

All payments for Otpremko subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy (LS), who acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Lemon Squeezy is responsible for billing, invoicing, and processing refund requests on our behalf. You will see Lemon Squeezy on your bank statement.

2. Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase or renewal, no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are granted at our discretion and are generally not provided for partial subscription periods on monthly plans.

3. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day window, we offer a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused months. For example, if you cancel after 3 months of a 12-month plan, you are eligible for a refund of the remaining 9 months. Contact us at [email protected] to request a pro-rated refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you have two options:

• Email us: Send a message to [email protected] with your account email and the reason for the request. We will process it within 2 business days.
• Via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal: Access your billing portal through the link in your purchase confirmation email and submit a refund request directly.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Free Trial

If Otpremko offers a free trial period, no payment is collected during the trial. You will only be charged when the trial ends and you proceed to a paid plan. Since no payment is made during the trial, no refund is applicable.
